Alfred Tea Room
705 N Alfred Street
West Hollywood, CA

This last Saturday I had planned a girls trip with my best friend to get out of town and escape the heavy adult responsibilities of life that have been weighing on me the last couple weeks. That coupled with being stuck in the house due to the stomach flu for over a week. I was really itching for an adventure. The night before though my bestie ended up sick so my girls weekend turned more into a mother/daughter trip with my momma. I have had a list of really unique places to visit in Downtown Los Angeles that I hadn’t gotten the chance to venture to, so I took this as an open opportunity to visit the Alfred Tea Room in Beverly Hills on Melrose. It. Did. Not. Disappoint. I ordered the “Alfred Pink Tea” and it was DELICIOUS. If I lived closer this would definitely be a regular stop for me. I’m not even 100% sure on what kind of tea the pink tea was, but it was milky-iced-pink goodness. And honestly even if you don’t like tea… their pastries looked AMAZING, and the photo ops alone are worth the stop.. you know if your into that sort of thing haha. I can not wait to go back and try something else. The merch they have available in the store will also make you tempted to drop more $$$ in addition to the pricey (BUT FAB) drink while your waiting in line. They even have FULL & fresh coconuts with their logo carved into them. CMON stop with the cuteness. Alfred Tea… you officially have my heart. And in case you are wondering… yes I bought something other than the tea. How could I resist?! I would like to see you walk in there for the first time and ONLY buy tea… because I bet you wont be able to resist either.
